Opened and poured. Bright yellow color, just starting to deepen. A reluctant nose, with some hints of white flowers and apple. Fresh and lively acidity, with some citrus and apple flavors. Flavors flow into a powerful and lengthy finish. Only the nose was lacking ...

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
