Producer Notes

Located in Gevrey Chambertin, Domaine Claude Dugat is one of Burgundy's premiere producers. Claude is cousin to Bernard Dugat, who also makes wine under his own label, Dugat-Py. The Domaine Claude Dugat wines are concentrated, exhibiting rich, elegant fruit.

Muted nose, opening a little upon aeration, with some dark berry, this wine was dusty and tannic and showed slight cherry, berry flavors. Medium finish.

needs some age, backward. cherry, rasberry fruit. i think it will be quite nice
