This is a really interesting wine. Not for hedonists. Loads of bacon, pepper and olive tapenade notes. Still with very grippy tannins at this age. Balance is spot on...this is superbly made. Structure and complexity are slightly dominating at the moment. No doubt there is further evolution to be had with cellaring.
