Despite this wine having a high percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon (75% with 20% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc/Petit Verdot), it is very approachable now and should be consumed over the next eight years. A big, open, and warm nose of wood, game, and dark fruits. Light to moderate tannins with fine acidity. The wine finishes quickly. A little green in the mouth but eventually the fruit (cranberry) comes through.
