Let breathe for an hour before drinking. Could use 2. Bold, rich and delicious. This is a powerful, delightful wine that still has lots of room to improve but is very drinkable now, especially after 2 to 3 hours. We are tempted to open another

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
