Fantastic with roasted walnuts (they need to be roasted to mellow the tannins) topped with goat cheese and drizzled with balsamic vinegar. Bit of a weird pairing but trust me, it's awesome.

Reticent aromas of milk, cherry, and oak with a bit of cedar and leather. Moderate tannins coupled with slightly excessive acidity. Round and smooth in the mouth with lots of oak and good fruit concentration. 79% Cabernet, 11% Merlot, 8% Franc, and 2% Petit Verdot aged for 25 months in 100% new American oak.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
