Dense ruby/purple-colored with an excellent bouquet black fruit and some licorice. Tannins and oak were nicely blended in this full-bodied wine. Concentrated black fruit flavors. Nice long lasting lingering finish.

Drink Dates 2004-2012

Excellent balance and depth of flavor to this Cabernet blend, with mocha-laced oak wrapped around ripe currant and blackberry fruit. It's seamless, and reveals extra flavor dimensions and elements of finesse that draw you back for another sip. Best from 2004 through 2012- OCT 2002

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
