Drink Dates 2008-2018

Medium-plus color with hardly any hint of age. Very primary on the nose and palate with red and black fruits, and some Mediterranean herbs. Tannins round and well integrated at this point. A bit of vanilla and sweet oak, especially on the finish.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
