92 (from Magnum). Delicious, refined. A touch hollow on the mid-palate, probably on the tail end of peak, but very nice mature nose. Good acidity, little remaining tannin, red fruit, leather.

ITS VERY SWEET AND TANNINS ARE SOFT AND LUSH, FINISH IS LONG AND DELICIOUS. AGAIN HEITZ PROVEN TO BUILT FOR LAST AND WINES TO GAIN COMPLEXITY OVER THE YEARS, TOUR OF FORCE!

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
