A beautiful Champagne, from the complex floral-, coffee- and brioche-scented nose to the graphite, vanilla and citrus flavors. Light-weight and intense, with a lively structure and a long, lingering finish. Drink now through 2018. 2,500 cases imported

Great, but not mind blowing, for the money can do better.

Very nice champagne. Pale in color with a very fine mousse. Loads of toast, sweet pastries, with like a starbucks vanilla/caramel latte flavor. It definately has a wonderful long finish that leaves you wanting more.

Wow. Pale straw colour with a hint of cappucino. Excellent mouthfeel, delicate acidity with a very smooth fine mousse. Rich aromas of biscuits and brioche on the nose. Delivers concentrated, continually changing patisserie flavours of toast, caramel and shortbread biscuits that coat the mid-palate. Stays with a very long lingering finish.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
