Drink Dates 2002-2014

Dark cherry fruit on the nose and palate. Casis and tobacco mix with soft tannins for a very lush and full mouthfeel. This wine is drinking at it's peak.

Showing beautifully now, with probably another 3-5 years at its peak; silky palate with tannins mostly absorbed

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
