Drink Dates 2009-2022

Med. ruby color; lovely spicy mixed fruit and leather nose that follows through on the palate with similar flavors; excellent complexity; and a very long finish. Just reaching its drinking plateau. Elegant for a CDP. Lovely.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
