Drink Dates 2009-2018

Decanted for 3 hours. Still fresh nose after 16 years of captivity. Red cherries and fruit on the nose. Integrated tannins. Lovely. Enjoyed at Christmas with roast leg of lamb.

Purple in color. Medium rim variation. Medium legs. Acacia, Violet. Medium/Full bodied. Fleshy texture. Long finish. I was pleasantly surprised by this wine.

Closed up tight as a drum, the wine can only offer cherry fruit aromas at present. Unevolved on the palate with prominent tannins that may never completely resolve. 80% Cabernet and 20% Merlot.
