Oops, i think i may have waited too long. Still very silky, but fades quickly. It still had some complexity in the flavor, but i'm sure its on the downslide. Dont hold any longer, drink now or you'll be better off cooking with it.

Drink Dates 2001-2012

Dark red. Big. Tannins softened a lot. Fruity with balsamic scents, and mushroom. Here too, the wine is at the end of it's life. Last bottle
