Classic Cab flavors come forward in this deliciously mature wine. Core of dark berry, black raspberry and rhubarb. Complemented by notes of olive with a touch of vanilla. Tannins are rounded and nicely integrated. Flavors persist on the long, lingering finish.

Good noe, still somewhat lively, but some kind dryness on finish and little rough tannins, after 30-60minutes open improves so decanting is prefer.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
