Cardinale Estate (currently owned by Kendall-Jackson) is located in Napa Valley's Oakville district. Its signature red is a Cabernet blend made from low-yielding vines situated in the Mayacamas and Vaca mountain ranges. Wonderful mature blue fruit, notes of chocolate and licorice on the finish. This wine is perfectly aged now and should probably be drunk within the next few years.
