What a spectacular mature Rioja. Core of sappy red berry and dried cherry fruit. Notes of dried flowers, leather and sappy spiciness add to the complexity. The tannins are perfectly integrated and silky smooth. This is a wonderfully well-balanced wine that glides across the palate. Elegant, pleasing finish with great length. This is at such a pleasurable peak to drink.

Rusty burgundy in color with slight browning on the rim. Very perfumed with cherry, current, and slighlty smokey cedar. The palate is elegant and balanced with a smooth full finish. Tart cherry, current, and cedar with underlying notes of rose peddle and violet. Tasted after a 1.5 hour decant

Garnet with browning at the rim. Tarry red fruits, polish and subtle charred oak on the nose. Pure and elegant with long, well defined dried cherry flavour. Lovely precision and balance with long lingering flavours.
