Light golden yellow color with lots of those little bubbles. Butter with slight herbs (in a pleasant way) and a lot of yeast. Balanced flavors and acidity, nicely smooth and very easy to drink. The previous writer who mentioned a brioche hit it dead on. Very enjoyable and likely has a lot of life ahead if stored well. Cheers.

Golden yellow. Nose reminds of apricots, honey, toasted bread. Very lively mouth, bubbles still nice, sweet finish

Still a youthful light yellow color; very good fine bubbles; lovely yeasty richness on the palate w/a rounding of the flavors from age; delicious and on pointe now.

Color: Dark and rich gold color Boquet: Biscuity, caramel, some lemon zest essence, wonderfully complex with many secondary aromas of yeast, minerals and some oak influence Palate: Bready and yeasty biscuit and brioche. Some mellow citrus with slatey mineral flavors, great acidity and a supe long finish. This is a seriously complex champagne.
