Drink Dates 2009+

Wow. Pale color, port-like nose, beautiful, complex, rich and a gorgeous finish that just got better over time. Decant for 2 to 3 hours. Worth owning. This was tasted at an Acker Wine event on 11/4/09 hosted by Antonio Galloni. 13 wines from the 1960s were tasted in 4 flights at dinner at Alto in Manhattan. The wines were double decanted just prior to the tasting, so some of the wines may have need more time and may be rated in range.
