Initial fragrance of blackcurrent jelly gave way to a sweet, sickly idsapointing liquid. Flushed.

Nice and crisp wine which would go well with food. Nose is very distinct Sauvignon Blanc with intense elderflowers, gooseberry, apple and citrus. Crisp but felt very grassy. A little too much for my allergies. Cuq loved it

Crisp bright acidity and is an excellent refreshing food wine.

Tropical fruit, some evidence of barrel aging or fermentation. Crisp greenness and acidity with softer notes of pear and melon. Somewhat loose, though.

Great balance of syrupy sweetness and acidity.

Okay, not great. Probably suffers for being the first white after the ridiculous Cote-du-Rhone. Floral, with a distinct smell of hotel soap (the little bars wrapped in paper). Decent acidity, but nothing to write home about. probably wouldn't buy it again. Not a bad wine, just...for the same price, buy the Saint Cosme.

Coming back to it after a day, I feel like I may have underrated this wine a bit. It is still too sweet for my tastes, but the wine does posses a nice mouthfeel and flavor profile. The finish is all but nonexistent, however. Wife thinks that it tastes too much like 'perfume'.

pale straw color, water white hue, low color intensity, light plus body. nose? floral, ? citrus dry, good acidity, straight forward, 5 secs finish.

Appearance: Pale straw with touches of green. Aroma: Delightful hints of tropical fruits are accented by aromas of citrus and the traditional New Zealand herbaceous notes. Flavor: Ripe stone fruit, citrus and tropical flavors mingle with the soothing herbaceous notes. Nice acidity with a touch of sweet passion fruit add to the full, crisp finish.

Superb Sauvignon Blanc. Definitely one of the stars in the SB world. Beautiful citrus on the nose, no grassy hints. . . grapefruit and lime on the palate and a nice round mouthfeel with a tinge of crisp acidity. A medium to full bodied SB.
