Flavors not very well delineated and are muddled. The label doesn't indicate the blend, but assuming this wine is a white bordeaux, it would benefit from more Sauvignon Blanc and less Semillon. This wine always tastes yeasty to me, not unlike beer. Definitely needs more acidity.

Acid balance, less fruit than expected. Better the next day.

to be fair, my first taste was after the bottle had been opened for about 20 hours. almost no nose, but fairly balanced (fruit vs. acid) on the tongue. it's a bdx blend, so no single grape stands out. i get dark berries, a bit of graphite, french roast coffee.

good flavor with subtle fruit and nice balance; spoiled by some "spritz" on the finish.

Smell: Green apples, light wood smell Color: very light Very young and was very bitter - flavours wanted to come out but they were over powered. The color was light it was a very short tasting wine. will wait 6-months to try second bottle to see if it improves.
