bought this wine as part of our friday wine club. Some berry scents to it. Not much depth. Good with Salmon, Lamb

needs some age, backward. cherry, rasberry fruit. i think it will be quite nice

i like it drinking right now (03/05) it is a bit backward but grippy. very minerally and not much fruit so it is unusual for a chard. very different style then typical Calf. do give it more time

great depth of flavor for such a young wine. great breed, extract, esxceptionally long finish. superb now, but will only continue to evolve....great juice.

Dinner at home with Cophams and friends. Wow! First California Gewurtz I've experienced and while not on the level of Alsace and Germanic wines, this one has some real character. Fresh, aciditic, a touch of sweetness, and a wonderful green apple bouquet. Wish I had another bottle.

not mature, slightly backward, perhaps needs decanting for a bit. there is strong fruit in this wine.

Too light. Lacked in complexity.

Opulent, forward good acidity but will not go on forever.

opened this and it was quite backward. after days in and out of the fridg it began to open up. this wine shows good promise but needs years of cellaring.
