Rich, full berry filling yur palate. A bit jammy and one dimensional.

A bit tart, dark color

grass, cedar old leather nose, pungent. red and clear with modest dispersion, somewhat tawny in appearance but not nose or flavor. Somewhat meaty berry finishing with grass and cedar. light to med in body, with relatively quick fruit but lasting oily finish. probably should not have decanted and better bring it all up from the cellar now.

Clear and slightly opaque. Black cherry to ruby rim. Nose healthy. Closed slight spice hints. Very dry with low to medium acidity and loads of tannins. Low alcohol. Very tight and closed. Dryness lingers with very little finish.

Flavors not very well delineated and are muddled. The label doesn't indicate the blend, but assuming this wine is a white bordeaux, it would benefit from more Sauvignon Blanc and less Semillon. This wine always tastes yeasty to me, not unlike beer. Definitely needs more acidity.

This wine was definitely lacking in acidity for a long lived Barsac. Drink shorter term.

This is a somewhat disappointing wine-very one-dimentional and boring. It was made in a very traditional style. Obviously the Pride reds are much more suited to the winemaker's style. It could have been one of a hundred nondiscript wines from Napa.

Very tannic... not getting much else...... bottle a bit chilled so will let sit for a while and see what happens...... after another hour, tannins seem leass, a little bit of earthiness, vegetal taste coming out.... will wait for three or four years to drink other bottle

Can taste berry... not at all earthy.... keep next bottle for two years for comparison......

Seems to improve over time.... feeling more fruit and depth.....

Mineral taste stronger at first.... dried fruit yieling to berry like taste....

started off a bit minerally and tannic..... also spicy finish..... over time, spiciness replaced by almost sterwed fruit sense....

slight strawberry flavor comes out over time... taste on top of mouth but not tannic... pleasant but not very complex.... nice long finish
