Excellent wine. After about 20 minutes in the glass, the oxidative scents blew off to release creme brulee, orange peal, grapefruit, toast, almond, and some 'juice-ish' flavors on the nose and palate - interestingly enough, there is no graphite at all. 1.5 minute finish.

Ruby in color. Low rim variation. Medium legs. Blackberry, Black currant (cassis), Meaty. Black currant (cassis). Medium/Full bodied. Round texture. Long finish.

Typical wild Cab Franc from the Loire.

A wonderfully sweet nectar.

Well, this is a baby obviously but very enjoyable. Mostly about fruits now and will surely gain complexity. Not at all hard or unfriendly to drink this early.

Very dark red. Nose reminds of red fruits, but some tertiary aromas begin to show up. Very nice, pleasant mouth. Not certainly comparable with a Bordeaux, but a nice wine indeed.

These wines are bulletproof. Still lots of time left. Went perfectly with the cheese course.

This is a sensational nose of botrytis and honey and some stink that blows off. Palate has more than enough acidity to counter the tremendous sweetness. Big mouthfeel. Long finish. Far far from cloggy. Super price/quality ratio.

Light golden color; full flavored; sweet but with good acid balance; tropical fruit & apricot; long finish; young with plenty of life and development ahead.

Rich, mouthfilling. An acidic wine for sure, but nicely balances out the residual sugar.

Cornucopia of anise, graphite, dust, and violet on the bouquet. Heavy on the tooth-sucking tannin with no balance of fruit or acid. Disjointed, full-mouth finish.

Very nervy, with lemon peel, flower, and fleur de sel notes.

Light yellow. Vibrant aromatic nose with floral honey, white flower blossom, ripe stone fruits and a little hint of grassy-ness. Intense and flavoursome on the palate with peaches, grapefruit, nuts and key-lime pie. Lovely balance and precise flavours. Long and layered.

Utterly charming, rounded, more than approachable and hugely tragic that M. Dagueneau is no longer around to make this beautiful wine.

This is a food wine. The aciditity and fruit are a little out of balance, but the wine pairs well with food. There is mineratlity but the fruit does not shows through the weight of this wine on the palate. It was not the big wine that I expected. Drink now.
