This is my favourite Champagne Rose. Lovely white peach/pale salmon color. Hints of strawberry sorbret. Beautiful acidity, and great mousse.

Remarkably refined and elegant, this champagne rose is an extraordinary example of how roses should be made. A delicate and refined nose of discreet red fruits, hints of white flowers, nuts and delicate spice. Beautifully structured acidity combined with moderate "creaminess" makes it enjoyable glass after glass. Still good to hold on to as it is still has some tightness and seems to be hiding something. Incredible mousse and very delicate beads.

I like this champagne, but not as much as others in the same price range

Deep, golden color. Nice full, rich, round flavors. Toasty, biscuity aromas. Good structure and long finish. Tiny, tiny bubbles continue to fill the flute.

Drank in 2006. Lovely delicous creamy champagne that still needs lots of time to unfold. 'Brooding, masculine flavors that have yet to integrate, but this will be a beauty in 2008.

100% Pinot Meunier champange; great year but this smells and taste "off". Are there "corked" bottles of champagne? Strong chemical /iodine smell and taste. I was very interested to try, but very disappointed upon drinking. Oxidized?

Very rich and full mouth-feel. Extremely fruity and fresh; good acid. Hard to tell that this wine already is 11 years old. Well balanced. Would be an excellent "everyday"drinking champagne, but not at this price.

A wonderful, fresh and fruity champagne. A fairly big blanc de blanc. Some yeast and brioche, but plenty of fruit; very tropical, some pineapple? Loved it!

My last "partner" champange. Better than I remembered; not tired at all. Lots of fruit left, with that classic doughy / yeasty nose followed by fruit and plenty of acidity.

Excellent, Apple smell and Apple taste mid to back pallet. Chewy very good. Small bubbles. Sweet but not too sweet.

Fine depth and complexity in both aromas and flavors. Citrus, ginger, vanilla, whole-grain bread and nut elements combine for a harmonious presentation. Full-bodied, yet sophisticated and lively. A long, luxurious finish.

Dry, not too sweet. Delicious.
