the bitterness that I tasted yesterday is not present. It might have been due to the M&M's that I ate beforehand.

Colored golden yellow without expressive bouquet. Traditional Gewurz complexity with significant presence of alcohol of 13.5. Flavour of lychee and elderflower with hints of minerals and spices. Good match with Korean spicy cuisines!

We had this with boiled shrimp on 1/18/10. It had a fabulous bouquet of lychee, honey suckle, vanilla, spice and mineral spirits. The palate was smooth, balanced and spicy with lychee, nutmeg and spice flavors. It also had an oily, petroleum aspect to it, low acidity and was a little bitter. I enjoyed it well enough, but wouldn't buy more.

This wine was very good but lacked the acidity of the Charles Bauer that I ordered from K&L. NIce for an aperitif.

Gold in color with medium leg; with nose and taste of intense pear and honey; medium body with a silky finish.

Aromas are complex and floral. Honeysuckle, minerality, ginger. Vey full bodied with a rich yellow gold color. Sweet and heavy with honeysuckle, light mineral, gingerbread, vanilla. Very complex and luxurious in texture.

Blonde in color. Medium rim variation. Slow legs.

Refreshing wine that is light in body with a little fruit that finishes nicely. A good value.

Very good Gewurztraminer from my favorite Alsatian producer. Fair acidity and smooth with a lot of lychee fruit flavor. I enjoy these with spicy food.
