Amazing finish. Aroma with hints of dark fruit and chocolate. Finish was incredibly smooth.

Too young now; allow some decanting time before really digging into this wine. Red fruit on the nose with bits of earthiness, but very slight. Strawberries followed by dark chocolate on the palate. A good wine, but I think the structure is there for this to improve over the next 5 years.

This wine was new to me. I was unfamiliar with the varietals in the blend for the most part. Though they were on the label, the nature of the meal was such that I could not take the time to peruse. However, immediately the nose signaled that this was to be a special blend. With ripe fruits wafting from the glass, the wine was delicious, balanced, fruit-forward with figs, raisins predominating on the palate. The finish was modest lasting about 10-20 sec with no rough edges. It was excellent out of the bottle and predictably improved over the next hour and 1/2. It paired well with beet salad, the seafood dish of clams and mussels and the cheese course at the end. Will look forward to another.....

Left this wine out for a day because at first crack of the bottle it was all grape and tannin. Really interesting nose of Sharpe marker (dissipates quickly), grape, coffee, chocolate, cola nut, hazelnut, and vanilla. The palate is still huge after a day out of the bottle. Heavy but mostly balanced, this wine will be good in a few years!

Consumed at BD 62 after returning from Spec's Fullest Montepulciano I've ever tasted. Slightly heavy but full flavored. Dark Cherry and very enjoyable

did not like the smell- did not improve with time would not purchase again

This is a really nice montepulciano. It's not jammy, and juicy and over bearing like some out there. This has nice stewed fruits, earthiness and a wonderful linear acidity that compliments a great Italian meal. Not for the feint of heart, this should accompany a robust meal. Excellent QPR

The colour of this wine is attractive with very deep ruby colour. On the nose, first come from some liquorice smell following with plums and red fruits and a hints of salty. In the palate, there are some cherry, liquorice still lead the feeling in the mouth with firm tannic but quite silky, not rough. It finished with mineral and last for around 10 second.

Very good acid, could use a bit more bottle age.

zippy acidity literally spritzy at the beginning white stone fruit and lemons, should settle nicely come again in 5 years

Yellow in color. High rim variation. Slow legs. Papaya, Lemon, Apple blossom. Light/Medium bodied. Medium bodied. Bright texture. Medium finish.
