wonderful aromatic nose, takes 30 minutes to open up. Use Vinturi. Prominent taste of Cabernet Sauvignon. Enjoyed it with grilled veal chops. yummy.

Allowed to decant for just over an hour. Very dusty nose with hints of forest floor. On the palette, rich blackberry and black cherry, subtle meatiness. Very smooth, with a long finish
