Sauzet, Etienne - Puligny-Montrachet
Just about ready, given some air to open up. There is grape, citrus and mineral with the oak integrated. Acidity through the roof, big bodied and a bit unfocused on the palate. Aftertaste is long and a touch grape bitter. Not bad at all but I suggest consume with food, creamy sauce, grillad fish etc.

Trimbach - Riesling Cuvee Frederic Emile
Consistent notes, great Riesling. Marvelous ripe nose; excellent ripe fruit; real depth & complexity; packed with flavors; very intense; real grip. Excellent. It has cont'd to develop nicely and is as good as the wonderful 1990 and almost on a par with a Clos St. Hune.
